Variable piston pump A10VSO is a swash plate structure axial piston variable pump for hydraulic open circuit. The flow rate is proportional to the driving speed and displacement, and can be adjusted by adjusting the inclination angle of the swash plate to achieve stepless variable.
It adopts a through-shaft structure and can be used in multi-circuit systems. The piston pump relies on the reciprocating motion of the piston to make the working volume of the pump chamber change periodically to achieve and discharge the liquid. It consists of a pump cylinder, a piston, an inlet and outlet valve, an inlet and outlet pipe, a connecting rod and a transmission device. The piston is driven to reciprocate in the pump cylinder by power. When the piston moves upward, the water inlet valve opens, water enters the pump cylinder, and the water valve on the piston closes at the same time, and the water on the upper part of the piston rises with the piston; when the piston moves downward, the water inlet valve closes, and the valve on the piston opens, and at the same time, the water in the lower chamber of the pump cylinder is pressed into the upper chamber and rises into the outlet pipe. In this way, water is repeatedly inlet and lifted, so that water is continuously discharged from the outlet pipe.
