Vessel Water Axial-Flow Propeller Pump High Efficiency Turbine Low Head
Axial-flow pump description
An axial flow pump is a pump that conveys liquid in the axial direction using the force of the blades of a rotating impeller. There are several types of vertical, horizontal, inclined and tube pumps. Adopting special thrust bearing, the structural design is reasonable, the lubrication is sufficient, the heat dissipation is good, the service life of the bearing is long, the remote control and automatic control are possible, the installation and maintenance save time and labor, save cost. It is mainly applied to low head, high flow conditions, such as irrigation, drainage, wharf drainage, water level control of waterway gates, or large circulation pumps as power plants. High-lift axial-flow pump for shallow-water vessel water discharge propulsion (two stages if necessary).

Axial-flow pump Matters Needing Attention
During the test run of the axial flow pump, the connecting parts should be checked to ensure that the connecting parts are not loose.
The electrical appliances and instruments of the axial flow pump should work normally; the pipelines of oil, gas and water systems should have no leakage; check whether the pressure and hydraulic pressure are normal.
Regularly check whether there are floating objects near the water inlet to prevent blockage.
The temperature of rolling bearings in axial flow pumps should not exceed 75°C. The temperature of the oil in the gearbox should be normal.
Pay attention to the sound and vibration of the water pump at any time, and stop it immediately for inspection if any abnormality is found.
