Self priming pump
The temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant self-priming chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction chemical centrifugal pump with simple structure, light weight, durability, safety and reliability, bottomless valve, less failure, and can be used to transport solids (particles less than 3mm ) or corrosive liquids with suspended particles. Widely used in chemical industry, agriculture, metallurgy, synthetic fiber, food, medicine, brewing and other departments.
The pump is suitable for transporting corrosion-resistant media with a temperature range of 0°C to 150°C and solid particles smaller than 3mm.

The usage of self priming pump
The pump can transport concentrated syrup, syrup, distiller's grains, ash, and other conveying media containing particles or fibers of more than 3mm by replacing 3-4 parts.
Common Precautions for Slef Priming Pump Applications:
1. Before starting, make sure the pump body and pipeline are full of material. Turn on the water inlet pump and close the inlet and outlet valves (start the pump under low load conditions).
2. After starting, slowly open the inlet and outlet valves, pay attention to the working pressure of the inlet and outlet pressure gauges, and ensure that the working pressure is stable at the pressure required by the process standard.
3. Pay attention to the vibration, noise, leakage and temperature rise of the pump body during operation. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be handled properly.
